As an Annual Passholder for a couple years, and many, many trips to Walt Disney World (and one trip to Disneyland), I know exactly what to bring to the parks for a more comfortable experience - and I want to share my recommendations with you!

Bag Options
What you carry your stuff in fully depends on how much you plan to bring and how many people you're packing for.
I find these to be the most durable, ride-friendly backpacks you can bring with you. Most fit comfortably by your feet and are extremely durable to fit all of your essentials (and then some!)
Loungefly
If you prefer to bring only a few items to the park, this is the way to go. Compact and easy to carry!
Belt Bags
I have seen so many people online bringing these to the park, and if you don't mind the size, it's the perfect addition to any Disney outfit!
Mickey Mouse Big Face Canvas Tote
I have defintely seen quite a few of these. A great way to bring all your items (and your water)!
Gear Up with CamelBak Packs: Your Adventure Buddy
I've brought this to amusement parks before and it's the perfect size to fit anything you might need or buy in the park.

I wanted to give lots of options for all sorts of palates! No need to bring them all, just take what you like :)
If you know anything about the parks is that they can get HOT! Hydration is key to keeping yourself feeling your best and headache-free. Bringing your own water bottle with not only save you $$$ but also the environment.

Truly the best gummies I've had. I'd avoid anything chocolately since it could melt. These would probably hold up a bit better on a hot FL day.

Probably one of those things you don't think about until you need one… bring a few for yourself and whoever you're with just in case!

If you've discovered you've worn the wrong shoes, these should come to the rescue until you can get back to your car/bus!

If you sometimes bring home the Disney “crud,” consider packing a couple for super crowded spaces or if you plan to go during “sick season” and don't want to bring home any uninvited guests.

The FL heat is no joke. Reapplying sunscreen is crucial if you're wanting to avoid sun damage.

Hand Sanitizer
I prefer these wipes to hand sanitizer. They are super small and are pure alcohol. Perfect for wiping away the grime of the day on your hands and tech.

There is almost nothing worse than chafing at Disney. Don't make the mistake I did – bring this with you and reapply if you're sweating a lot. The mini ones are perfect for your bag!
Thigh Rescue Anti-Friction Stick
Sunglasses to protect your eyes from the harsh UV rays are essential!
Ray-Ban
Overheating is too real. Having your own personal fan can really help keep you comfortable when there's zero breeze.
Handheld Fan
Again… FL is HOT. Reapplying this is critical for staying dry and fresh.
Travel Size Deodorant
If you're suseptible to burning, consider bringing a lotion to reapply. It's easy and won't offend others since you don't have to spray it in the air.
Vacation® The World's Best-Smelling Sunscreen
Sometimes screaming and talking all day can leave you a little hoarse. These should help alleviate that discomfort!
Ricola
Sometimes rides can make people queasy. If you're prone to motion sickness, don't be miserable - bring some of these and take as advised.
Advanced Herbals® Non-Drowsy
Whether it's a headache or soreness from walking 30k steps, these will become you best friend in the park for some quick relief.
Advil (Ibuprofen) Liqui-Gels Minis for Pain Relief
The noise of the park can be overwhelming and these should help dull some of that noise down. Discreet and cute!
Loop Earplugs
If you're staying for fireworks at the end of the night and are sensitive to loud sounds, these ear plugs should help to lessen the booms.

FL rain comes out of nowhere sometimes. Don't pay for an overpriced one in the park. Bring your own!

FL downpours can happen at virtually any time. Don't get stuck in the rain - bring an umbrella!
Pocket Umbrella
I've brought water shoes with me to the park if I've known it's going to pour while I'm there. These are flexible and can be tossed into a grocery bag when you're ready to switch back into regular shoes.
DICK'S Sporting Goods
Dry hands are so uncomfortable and without lotion areas in the park, having your own little hand cream is essential!

A great tool to use after lunch or a midday refresh! Super easy to toss in a bag.
