Gentle and mostly clean products for the face. Tinted SPF provides some coverage but it is light. Heavy matte foundation is a bad ideas for naturally luminous winter color types.
The absolute best day cream. Again, nothing to do with True Winter colors, but it is the foundation on my face each morning that I build my True Winter makeup on top of.

Shimmery, light reflecting eyeshadow is a must for winter types. The blackest mascara is the best option for winter types. Black is your strongest neutral.
This brow pencil is universally flattering. As a True Winter, my brows are very dark naturally. But this helps me fill in any sparse areas while still looking very natural.
