This is a good set for feeding oatmeal and soups. I suggest hand washing anything with silicone though. When it goes in the dishwasher, it can come out tasting like soap. Ick.
Ginbear Suction Bowls for Baby Girl, Pink Set
Less than $5 for these is a good deal. I prefer metal to silicone when it comes to forks. My son has an easier time using these to pick up meat and veggies.

This is an affordable no frills, no spills sippy cup. It was the first sippy cup my son had. By 9 months he got the hang of it. I think it was a good introductory cup.

I added purees to his oatmeal early on. It's a good way to change up the consistency and add nutrients. Later I would thicken his servings of the soups the whole family was eating with oatmeal. It makes it easier for your toddler to use their hands o...
My son is not afraid of strong flavors. We introduced him to seafood early. Sardines are a great way to start that. They're healthy for growing babies, too.
