First Light Book Shop
- good wifi, small lot but free street parking in the neighborhood, lots of seating
- coffee is good but matcha is not
- family friendly (playground in the back for kids)

- minimal desk seating inside
- beautiful library w a park (nice little study break)
- check for events and be aware on the weekends it’s busy and parking might not be available
Landa Branch Library
- good wifi, good coffee, decent amount of plugs
- can get a bit loud/echo-y since it’s connected to a bigger building

- good wifi but it’ll boot u off after 2 hrs
