Wright Park has beautiful foliage in October. There are guaranteed to be people taking fall photos there on a weekend, like me last year!

This is an excellent hike to see the western larch trees in early fall. Parking lot reopens September 26.
Maple Pass Loop
This is one of the best city parks for fall foliage!
Gene Coulon Memorial Beach Park - Renton, WA
This park jams several trails and a Japanese garden (ticketed entry for the garden) that are teeming with fall color.
Washington Park Arboretum
This is a difficult hike not for beginners, but has beautiful views of western larch trees when they turn.

Available weekends in October, this two-hour, all-ages train ride includes stops to see fall foliage. Book in advance.
Halloween Train, Departing Snoqualmie Depot
