A wonderfully cozy wine bar on the Lower East Side, with yummy food and a great selection of wines (including orange wine!)

Vegetarian Indian food with options for those who are gluten-free, vegan, or Jain!
AHIMSA - Murray Hill, New York
For my gluten-free friends, this spot has gluten free fried chicken that's so good!

Black-owned indie bookstore that honestly has some of the best vibes of any bookstore I've been to. Come for the coffee, stay for the comfy couch and good books.

The world's oldest mystery bookstore - there's so many options here, including books that are hard to find elsewhere.
