Getting a tent that comes with sides will save a few extra bucks, and it’s worth getting a good quality tent especially if you do outdoor markets lots throughout the year.
ABCCANOPY Easy Pop Up Canopy Tent White
If you do outdoor markets, please get tent weights (and good ones). I have seen tents fall down or people have to catch them. It’s not something you want to worry about when you’re at an event. I filled mine with sand, and they’ve done really well (e...
Eurmax Universal Heavy Duty Canopy Weights (4)
Make sure you check the price of this table online *and* in store. I actually got mine cheaper by buying online for pickup!
I actually use a 6ft and 5ft table at my events. Having a shorter one along the back gives me more space to get around to the front and gives me plenty of room for my peg wall!
I have tried two different types of table cloths, and I like these the best! They hide what’s underneath your table and still look really cute!
leegleri 2 Pack White Spandex Fitted Tablecloths 6ft
I use one of these on my table to the side to add some dimension to the table. I turn it so a corner is in the front. I like that it gives the whole display some character.
NLMUVW Linen Tassel Tablecloth 54x78 Inch
I love, love, love my peg wall! It’s not always easy to use outside (erg, wind!!), but it makes for an incredible eye-catching part of your booth that will draw people in.
Bonnlo 4/6 Panel Pegboard Freestanding 5FT
I use this as an extra display to help draw attention to my booth. I have hung everything from purses, jackets, cardigans, and stockings on the top. Then I put pillows or plushies on the bottom.
COPREE Bamboo 3-Tier Hanging Plant Stand
extras for your tables
I love these cute scalloped baskets for organizing stuff on my tables. I have a few sizes to put different things in.
Scalloped Edge Wicker Storage Basket M-14"
Super straight forward - I get asked at every event if I have business cards, and these are great for displaying throughout your booth!
Acrylic Business Card Holder, Clear, Fits 30-50 Cards
One thing that’s important for your booth is getting stuff up off the table, and I use wooden crates to help with that. I have two different sizes, and it helps display more product plus make it more eye catching. I also use one on its side for my ch...
Hello Hobby Unfinished Wood Crate, 18 in x 12.5 in x 9.5 in
I have 3 of these smaller crate sizes to stack and arrange for different setups depending on what all I’m bringing to my shows.
Unfinished Wood Slatted Crate, Brown, 7.15" High x 10" Wide x 15" Deep
During holiday markets I sell ornaments, and I display them on a small white tree I put on one of my tables. This functions as a product display, but also adds some fun decor to your booth during those seasonal markets.
3FT Mini White Artificial Christmas Tree
These are not the exact wire baskets I have, but they’re very similar. I put them on top of the crates and put little things in them.
7UYUU Wire Fruit Basket Holder - Black 10.2"
signage + checkout
I ordered my sign through this exact listing on Amazon. I have the 2’x4’ size, which is perfect for hanging on the front of your table. I use safety pins to attach it to my tablecloth, and I’ve never had any issues with it. If I need another sign in ...
Custom Vinyl Banners & Signs 2'x4' Outdoor
Prior to getting my big sign made, I used these to display my shop name. I also made a payment options sign noting how I take payment.
MaxGear Acrylic Sign Holder 8.5x11, 2 Pack
Currently I use these for my Venmo payment sign. I have the same sign at the boutique I sell my stuff at as well since it’s small!
NIUBEE 6Pack 4x6 Clear Acrylic Sign Holders
When I first started doing markets, I used these as my price signs. They’re super small, so they’re easy to bring a lot. Also they’re meant for chalk, so easy to update them. I will say, they’re a bit finicky for windy outdoor markets depending on wh...
LNAUJS 15 Pcs Mini Wave Chalkboards w/ Stands
Currently I use these for pricing signs. I make the little signs in Canva then print and cut them out to place in the plastic. They’ve done well on windy days outside, and I love that it’s super easy to see the price for everything! I have attached t...
Epakh 20pcs Rotating Price Tag Clips w/ Sleeves
For checkout, I know most small business vendors just use their phone but I feel ✨fancy✨ using my iPad. It feels more put together, so that’s what I do! I use this stand to hold it. It’s basic and gets the job done!
OMOTON Adjustable Tablet Stand T2, Silver
I use these bags for customers, and truthfully I don’t love them. However, I have gotten more customers because people could *see* my stuff in the bags as people walked around the event, and I love that!
LazyMe Clear Plastic Merchandise Bags 11x15
other things nice to have
Regardless of what you’re using to checkout, it’s always nice to have a backup battery. I use this exact one with no issues.
Anker 10,000mAh 30W USB-C Portable Charger
For hot outdoor markets, please bring a fan! I use this one, and it’s easily done full power for 3 hours without dying.
