Canned items for the pantry. Best ingredients we have found to make delicious and dairy free recipes are below. We don't use many canned items but the few we do use we try to find the best quality products on the market.






Oils used for cooking and drizzling. We have replaced canola or vegetable oil with everything listed below. Avocado oil and extra virgin olive oil are best drizzled on food raw and natural. They can also be used for cooking if you desire. Light olive oil has a higher smoke point than virgin olive oil too.
