Sofas
For the living room!
This is a pretty affordable option in the style you're looking for
Floyd Home | The Sofa
If you decide to also get a more design-y couch in addition, this one would make a great statement. If we do this one I'll send new curtain options
DAYBED, Sofas from Designer : Pierre Paulin | Ligne Roset ...
This option has a nice tailored look to it, but may be a bit above budget
NILS, Sofas from Designer : Didier Gomez | Ligne Roset ...
A slightly preppier look but this sofa is pretty timeless
Norfolk Sofa - Serena & Lily
Bathroom
Here are some options for the first floor bathroom- I know you said you were deciding between a matte black or gold so below see my favorite options in your budget!
$599- both the gold and black would look nice and the faucet extends a little farther than the other two
Watson Bathroom Faucet - West Elm
Most affordable option ($326.10) and the black actually could be a good option
Delta Trinsic Widespread Bathroom Faucet
$557.21 (on sale from $742.95) - the wall mounted could look nice!
