Size up in these flared leggings. They are so comfortable on the belly, they look and go with pretty much everything. I bought a few of these in different colours. Good for bloat days too.

Cutting out dairy! Apparently I was getting rashes on my face which was linked to endometriosis and I could help prevent it by drinking less dairy. This worked insanely! Plenish is great substitute.

I’ve only discovered this in the past few months - but if you get severe hip and lower back pain - these balls are incredible. You can stretch out your muscles and hips and honestly feels so good to stretch it out!
Gym Balls
Interestingly enough I’ve been having popped lotus seeds which feel really good for inflammation! I’ve only just discovered that they now sell flavoured ones in stores! I tried the caramel ones and they were SO good!
Karma Bites
It doesn’t help with the pain but I often suffer from sleeplessness in general. Spraying this has me knocked out in a good way. No need for sleeping tablets!
