items This is my version of the Abbey Yung method specifically tailored for my hair! I have very frizzy hair, natural waves, an oily scalp and low porosity hair.
I apply a pea size amount 30 mins prior to showering just to protect my ends from harsh shampoo products.

Absolute must to detangle your hair before applying any products! A detangling brush is a lot more gentle and not too harsh on pulling your roots out.

Use a bamboo brush to massage your scalp before washing your hair. This can be done after or before you apply argon oil to your ends. Don’t be too harsh, and apply in circular motions.

PREMIUM: this is my recommendation if you wanted a premium product. I have also added in a more affordable version - I only use this once every two weeks as a pre shampoo.

DRUGSTORE: this is a much more affordable version of a clarifying shampoo but still great! Again I would only use this every few washes or weeks as it can strip off your natural oils from your hair.
