I use these constantly and have multiple pair. I look for something comfortable and that actually seem to help the way my body feels after being on the computer. I own several pairs because between animals, kids, other people and myself placing these everywhere, I need a couple pair to have at hand. These aren't prescription, they're also on the cheaper side because I lose glasses but it's just a few I recommend to at least start at!










I have a work issued computer, a personal laptop and phones. While I don't use tablets, there are tons. These are just a few recommendations for what I use and what has lasted. Also, I try and chose protectors that limit the blue light to reduce stress on my eyes











You don't have to purchase items to ground, it's found simply by going outside and connecting to Earth, to help relieve stress. While that can usually be done, there are days it can't and that's where these items come in. When these aren't in use for grounding, I still am able to use them so it's not a lose situation. The benefits it can bring are worth it!
