I’ve learned that high protein snacks that I keep on hand make a big difference in my overall health and wellness.
These are great with 30 grams of protein and one cup of caffeine in each one. These are a good start to my morning and in my weekly rotation of breakfasts.

The magnesium citrate is so important and I definitely know if I miss a night 🫣. I like this one for the price value but I don’t think they taste as good as the other ones listed.

Magnesium Citrate is a daily must have for overall stomach wellbeing and “being regular”. I prefer the taste of these to the other ones but they are generally more expensive.
