I found this at homesense at took a chance on it…so glad I did! Very vegetarian heavy and every recipe I've tried has been so good. The foccacia is to die for and so are the pancakes!

There's a great olive oil and vinegar store in Dundas, ON and the recipes in this book LITERALLY PAIR WITH THE OILS AND VINEGARS THEY SELL. SO cool. Many vegetarian recipes so it is a worthwhile purchase if you are vegetarian.
