I truly believe working out is a lifestyle that focuses on putting daily movement into your day. Whether you are going for a swim, run, walk, yoga, pilates, spin, lifting weights, etc., the ultimate goal is being healthy and strong. These are things that make working out for me feel more like a practice and less like a chore!

I buy more for the kitties, than myself at times! Having cats has always been an adventure because I quickly learned that it’s their world and I just happen to also be in it! Here is everything I have put towards making sure they have a fulfilled and loving life.

I love coffee…like LOVE coffee. Iced lattes year round 100%! These are all the coffee shops that I have gone to and would/do go back to :)
