restaurants I had try in tokyo
best shabu-shabu I ate in Tokyo! They know about gluten and they served me gluten-free broth and also gluten free gyoza! The waitresses are kind!
Mo-Mo Paradise
good sushi if you want to try the belt sushi restaurant. It's not classified as gluten free, but I could ate a lot of nigiri and gunkan without any problems! Soy sauce is in a bottle and not in sushi!
Sushiro Shinjuku 3-chome
100% gluten free! I could try tonkatsu, gyoza and takoyaki! They also have gluten free beers.
Gluten Free T’s Kitchen
kombini in general. they don’t have much gluten free food, but if you want to eat something quick you could eat grilled salmon onigiri and also the salmon with roes.
All the smoothies are gluten free too!
FamilyMart

i could eat all the sushi they had! not the tempura tho.
the waiters were informed about gluten intolerance so they helped us with the plates!
Sushisakaba Sushitofuji
japanese barbecue! I ate the best wagyu in kyoto.
I ate without problems since I could choose the option without soy sauce.
YARUKI PREMIUM
best ramen I ate in Japan!
the ramen is also vegan too and I could drink gluten feee beer since it’s difficult to find it in Japan
