my favorite after work hike because it's right in Boulder
Mount Galbraith Loop via Cedar Gulch Trail, Colorado - 14,421 Reviews, Map | AllTrails
This one is a CHALLENGE I won't lie, but bring plenty of water and a good attitude and it's worth it for the view + it's right in Boulder.
Royal Arch Trail, Colorado - 19,906 Reviews, Map | AllTrails
This was challenging but short. 1,500ft in elevation gain but the views were 14er esque without the 8 hours of hiking!
Forest Road 419, 421, and Scarp Ridge Loop, Colorado - 1,354 Reviews, Map | AllTrails
a classic here in CO!
North Table Mountain Outer Rim Loop, Colorado - 1,981 Reviews, Map | AllTrails
moderate/easy if you're new to CO.
NCAR- Table Mesa and Bear Canyon Loop, Colorado - 1,217 Reviews, Map | AllTrails
LOVED this one. 10 miles, so long, but worth it and very empty when we went in peak season so was fine to let our dog off leash.
Italian Star, Doctor Park Loop, Colorado - 9 Reviews, Map | AllTrails
this one is on my bucket list - if you go during the summer, you'll have to get a timed entry specific to this section of the park!
Emerald Lake Trail, Colorado - 24,504 Reviews, Map | AllTrails
A good, local challenge if you like type 2 fun ;)
The Manitou Incline, Colorado - 17,930 Reviews, Map | AllTrails
the perfect easy hike for visitors, make sure you stop by Red Rock Ampitheater after!
Red Rocks Trading Post Trail, Colorado - 14,035 Reviews, Map | AllTrails
My first 14er!
Quandary Peak Trail, Colorado - 14,163 Reviews, Map | AllTrails
