I tried probably six different anti-fog products before landing on these. Most of them wore off in twenty minutes. These ones last through a full grocery run and then some.

Half the fog problem is the mask itself letting hot air shoot straight up into your lenses. Once I switched to masks with a real moldable nose wire, the fogging dropped by like 80 percent on its own.

Some of the fix comes from what's on your glasses, not just the mask. Nose pads, frames that sit differently, and anti-fog coatings changed how air flows around my lenses.

Some days nothing works because it's cold, humid, and you're breathing hard. On those days I skip the fog fight entirely and use one of these instead. No lenses touching my face, no fog.

Winter is when the fog problem goes from annoying to dangerous. Walking outside with frozen foggy glasses is a hazard. These cold weather picks solved the seasonal nightmare for me.
