My hallway gallery wall has eleven frames and not a single nail. Took me three failed attempts with cheap knockoffs before I landed on strips that actually grip drywall and come off without peeling paint.

When I tried hanging a 25-pound mirror with regular strips it slid down the wall at 3 AM and scared the life out of me. These heavier-duty options actually support real weight without anchors or screws.

I learned the hard way that strips fail because of dusty walls, not bad adhesive. Cleaning and measuring first made every single hanging job stick on the first try instead of the third.

Not everything I wanted on my walls was a framed photo. Floating shelves, small ledges, and decorative items needed their own approach. Took some experimenting but these worked without drilling into studs.
