My first wristlet came out lopsided because I eyeballed the measurements like a fool. These tools fixed that and made every cut clean on the first try.

I tried hand-sewing my first wristlet and it took three hours for something the size of my hand. A basic machine setup changed everything.

The fabric part was easy. What tripped me up was finding hardware that didn't look cheap or turn green after a week. These held up.

My second wristlet looked great until I put my phone in it and the whole thing sagged like a deflated balloon. Adding structure changed the shape completely.

The difference between something that looks handmade and something that looks intentional comes down to these last details. I learned that after giving away two wristlets I wasn't proud of.
