Yoga on Siesta Beach is one of my favorite things to do! So peaceful and the sand is like powder. Ava is a great teacher no matter if you are a beginner at yoga or ayoga master.
I love having picnics at the beach! It doesn't matter if it's breakfast, lunch or dinner! The beach, sunshine, and good food...what more could you ask for?!
