ok, ok, ok. Why is this place not in Shizuoka Prefecture? well, it’s not part of Shizuoka but it is close enough that you can travel there by Bus! I’m pretty sure it’s only an hour drive from Gotemba to this place. It can get VERY crowded on weekends...
