Cleansers
These cleansers are what I usually use for my acne prone and eczema prone skin.
My daily night cleanser. It doesn't make my skin tight after using.
Neutrogena Ultra Gentle Hydrating Cleanser
My go-to cleanser whenever my eczema flares up. Also I regularly use it as my morning cleanser.
Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser
The best cleanser for acne that I've tried and it doesn't trigger my eczema unlike benzoyl cleansers. I usually use it twice or thrice a week.
The Inkey List Salicylic Acid Cleanser
Removes my makeup effectively without clogging my pores. The best oil cleanser I have tried. It also helps me unclog my pores.
Kose - Softymo Speedy Cleansing Oil
Toner
This is very underrated! I love this so much and I've been using this for 3 years. It's very affordable and one bottle lasts me forever. When I started using this, i saw the difference. It made my skin really soft and hydrated. 100/10 recommended.
Naturie - Hatomugi Skin Conditioner
I'm using this twice a week and it doesn't trigger my eczema at all. This is the only exfoliating toner that I can tolerate. It's gentle and hydrating. It keeps my acne at bay and reduces my hyperpigmentation.
SOME BY MI - AHA, BHA, PHA 30 Days Miracle Toner 150ml
I use this twice or thrice in a day. Usually if I feel like my skin needs some sanitizing. With my acne and eczema prone skin, this has been very helpful. The big one lasts me forever. One of the cheapest Hypochlorous available in the market.
Hypochlorous Acid Spray - Acne & Skin Care 8oz
Serum
I could never live without Hyaluronic Acid and this is the best one that I've tried so far.
The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 Hydrating Serum with Ceramides
My go-to serum for PIE and PIH. I usually spray toner before I apply the serum to ‘dilute’ a little. I use it every other day.
Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% Oil Control Serum - The Ordinary
This serum helped repair my damaged skin barrier. I always often damaged mine due to over exfoliating and it helps me quite a lot.
Hada Labo Gokujyun Hyaluronic
Moisturizer
Saved me countless times! My eczema usually flares up around the eye area and this is the best cream that I have tried.
Flexitol Face & Eyelid Eczema Cream, 1.4 fl oz
This is my SOS moisturizer whenever I have my eczema flare up. And it's also approved by National Eczema Association. Recommending buying it during Black Friday/Boxing day. The big one lasts me a year!
First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream Intense Hydration
Need I say more? This is worth the hype. It helps with my hyperpigmentation. Made my skin look healthier.
Dr. Althea - 345 Relief Cream
I love this gel moisturizer, especially during the hotter months. It provides the hydration my skin needs without feeling tacky and sticky.
Neutrogena Hydroboost Facial gel-cream with Hyaluronic Acid
My go-to moisturizer if I feel like my skin needs extra hydration and feels very sensitive. It calms the redness on my skin caused my over exfoliation. And this is also my moisturizer whenever I use adapalene.
Anua - Heartleaf 70 Intense Calming Cream
Treatment
I also love this treatment. My skin feels really smooth if I used it the night before. It feels weird though because it's on a silicone suspicion but it's very effective with my dark spots and acne. Would recommend using it only twice a week.
Azelaic Acid Suspension 10% for Exfoliation & Even Skin Tone
This might be controversial for someone who suffers from eczema. Yes, I use this. But NEVER ever use this if you have flare up. I use this every 4 or 5 days because that's my tolerance and it's been making wonders with my breakout.
Adapalene Gel
This is the best spot treatment that I've tried especially with cystic acne. My acne goes away fast with this. Only use this at night and after I applied moisturizer so it doesn't dry up my skin.
