I first watched this movie more than ten years ago and I would never ever get over of this. I can still vividly remember my reaction after watching it. I was so glad it was me who stumbled upon this one or else I would have been spoiled by friends. T...
It was heartachingly beautiful. It's a very short one and I highly, highly recommend watching it. I don't want to spoil anything. It's a fantasy about human and supernatural creatures. That's all you'll get from me. WATCH IT, I beg you.

Hotarubi no Mori e
This movie came out around the same time as Your Lie in April. But tbh, I love this one much more.
A time-twisting romance where two strangers mysteriously swap bodies and form a bond powerful enough to defy fate itself. Emotional, magical, and unforgettable.

Kimi no Na wa.
*sigh* It makes me sad just thinking about their story. The movie was great, that's one thing. There's also another movie related to this titled “To Every You, I’ve Loved Before" but start with this one to better understand the flow of the story.
A bittersweet, time-bending romance where two strangers’ paths cross across parallel worlds, exploring love, fate, and the choices that define our hearts.

This is the reason why I watched The Apothecary Diaries. I was looking for something similar. This anime was not hyped enough. It was so beautiful with a strong FMC.

Saiunkoku Monogatari
My favourite anime right now! If you're into mystery, politics, and historical settings. This is perfect for you. Plus the slow burn romance is so… ugh! I love it.
A clever and atmospheric historical mystery following Maomao, a sharp-witted apothecary’s daughter who’s forced into palace service and ends up unraveling poison plots and court intrigue using her deep knowledge of herbs and medicine. Perfect for fan...

The S1 was kinda slow for me. I barely understand what the anime was all about. Then towards the end of S1, the actions begin.
A classic samurai tale following Kenshin Himura, a former assassin who wanders Japan as a humble swordsman vowing never to kill again. As he protects the innocent with his reverse-blade sword, Kenshin confronts dangerous foes, atones for his past, an...

I bawled my eyes out watching this. It was so beautiful and heartbreaking and healing at the same time.
A breathtakingly beautiful story about a former soldier learning to heal as she writes letters for others, discovering the meaning of love, loss, and humanity along the way.

This needs more recognition! I'm so sad they didn't make any S2 for this. Or maybe not yet. But the story was really good.

They just recently made S3, after 13 years. LOL. This was my absolute favourite romance when I was in high school. Everyday I wished I could meet a Kazehaya in person. I'm hoping for a S4, that would be the last season if they made one.
A sweet, heartfelt romance about Sawako, a shy girl misunderstood because of her gloomy appearance, and Kazehaya, the cheerful classmate who sees the real her. As she slowly opens up, their friendship blossoms into a gentle, uplifting love story abou...

I don't now how to describe this anime. It's one of the best anime that I've watched. I love how they show a world after a war and she's just kind of reminiscing the memories she shared with them.

This anime is not my kind of genre but liked it anyway. It's action-packed and the plot was pretty good.

I had no expectations when I started watching this. It was actually a pretty good one. It's a light watch, I'd say. The S2 is currently airing.
