My test batch of oatmeal raisin cookies was spot on for flavor. My secret ingredient does the trick every time. ;) Next time I will only slightly chill the dough and will make each cookie a bit larger, as well.
The flavor on this batch was perfection! I’ll be playing around with the size some more, though, because I think they need to be slightly bigger around and a little more spread out, too. How do you like your oatmeal raisin cookies? Chewy or crunchy?

Today I was testing out my banana bread recipe for my micro bakery and they came out beautifully. I added my DF butter to one slice and creamy peanut butter to the other, but it was absolutely delicious on its own, too! I’m so excited for the day I can serve these to all of you in my micro bakery at home. 🙌🏼
