I use this sleep mask because I like that the silk doesnt pull at my eyes. I also like the eyemasks that have little eye cups and find them more comfortable. In a perfect world there would be a cupped silk face mask. Until then, I recommend this one.
PS I also use it as a headband while walking around the plane, for example.
