I love food. If it's here, it is high on my list of GO TO places.
While not IN Branson, it's so close you gotta experience it. My favorite, The D Street Burger. If you like Irish Comfort Food, you'll love pretty much everything.
Downing Street Pour House: Wood Fired Comfort Food
I have never had anything here that isn't 100 percent yummy. It's so good, we have to limit how often we go!
White River Fish House
While Branson isn't the only city with a Fuddruckers, it can't be missed for a quick burger with the kids. I suggest trying the nacho cheese with the fries.
FuddRuckers Branson
While I would not eat a meal here, I would eat dessert as a meal here. Can you say FUNNELCAKES? With so many toppings to choose from, it's sooo good!
Cakes-n-Creams
Again, not IN Branson, but close enough it's worth it. Serving sizes are enormous, so split a meal with your friend or expect to take leftovers! It's so good and the drive is beautiful.

While this isn't everyone's cup of tea, we go every couple of months. We stock up on our favorite jams and soup starters. We even buy our knives here because they are the best.
Amish Country Store
While this is touristy, it's still has amazing shopping and the walk along the water is lovely. If it's hot out, the walk by the water will give a nice cool breeze. The fountain show is always great.

Things to Do
There is so much to do in and around Branson!! Here are some of the best.
While this may be a DUH, here are the places you must visit IN the park. 1. The Glass Blower - just wow 2. Clara Belle's Cinnamon Bread at the Bakery - YUMM, especially at Christmas. 3. Either Halloween or Christmas. Either time is amazing to see the decorations and they go ALL OUT!
Silver Dollar City
Beautiful to hike and explore, you really could spend all day here. Take your family, take your time, and enjoy it. My suggestion, go in the fall when the weather is cooler and the leaves are changing. It's like heaven.
Dogwood Canyon Nature Park
The sights here are gorgeous. The activities are wholesome. The festivals they throw are fun!
The Shepherd of the Hills
Fun with everyone! The food is great, the bowling is awesome, and the vibe is killer!

This is pricey for the amount of time you spend here, but even my husband enjoys this place. The butterflies really are mesmerising and it is educational. We learned quite a bit from the workers.
The Butterfly Palace
I haven't been here yet, but it's definitely on my list. From what I've heard, it's great!
