William Chris Vineyards
Excellent Petite Sirah and Tempranillo in the Johnson City area. They also use 100% Texas grapes.
Lost Draw Cellars
They specialize in Spanish and Rhône-style wines. Love their peaceful patio and don't miss the Tempranillo.
Pedernales Cellars
Three wineries under one roof so you can taste a variety of different wines. They often have live music too.
Texas Wine Collective
Tuscan-style estate right next to Heath Sparkling Wines, or you can visit their downtown tasting room.
Grape Creek Vineyards
Amazing sparkling wines and the tasting includes small-bite food pairing. Such a fun experience!
Heath Sparkling Wines
A newer winery with a Napa-style tasting space. Loved their sparkling rosé made from the Counoise grape.
Augusta Vin
Great smaller producer specializing in Sangiovese. The tasting room staff are WSET Level 2 wine certified so are really knowledgeable.
Hilmy Cellars - Vineyards, Winery & Tasting Room
One of the most instagrammable wineries in the region, with stunning grounds and an adorable wine barn.
Signor Vineyards
Visit in April and May to see the 500 lavender plants in bloom. They also make a great charcuterie board, and they have a downtown Fredericksburg tasting room.
