I have been a self help junkie since my teenage years and its a gift that keeps on giving.
It's a book I can come back to for wisdom from somebody I can relate to.
Untamed (Reese's Book Club) by Glennon Doyle, Hardcover
I love this book. Its a fast read but straight forward. I have struggled with self sabotage for so long and having read this feel lighter knowing I have a guide to go off of to move forward.
