During the Covid-era, I spent my time WFH & developing an unhealthy houseplant obsession. It took some time, some patience, a LOT of trial & error, and some experimenting.
But I learned a lot during this time. Like:
1. the zone type you live in matters
2. Most houseplants die from DROWNING
3. Pests & buying from large chain stores
4. But my personal favorite : I learned which plants are damn near impossible to kill & can thrive in the lowest level conditions; & I learned which ones were damn near impossible to keep alive.
Thus, I present to you my list of houseplants (in order from level of difficulty) that I personally love & highly recommend. Enjoy ✨ ❇️
P.S. — do NOT be afraid to start for fear that they will die. Warning ⚠️ you will absolutely kill some plants along the way!
*Therefore I highly recommend starting cheap & on the smaller scale, to begin with.
