A really cool day out. We have been here several times now and it's always been so fun.
Blue Planet Aquarium
I like this museum as it's in my hometown. It has a nice collection and is good for learning. Perfect for homeschooling parents too.

This is a great fun activity for the full family. It's one of our regular places to go to during holidays. They serve food and drinks too.
Tenpin Warrington
A great soft play area for children, they serve food and they also do children's parties too. Perfect for parents who want to burn energy off their children. They are safe while you sit and have a hot drink.
Jellybeans Play Centre
This has a very cool dinosaur as you can see. Again perfect for a day out and perfect for homeschooling parents.
Manchester Museum: Home
This place is beautiful, it has a lot of land to investigate. It also houses a small zoo, a crazy golf course, a play area with swings and other things, and a Big Thomas Train for everyone to ride on.
Walton Hall and Gardens
I went to visit this last year with my family during the autumn half term. It was really cool, we had to find hidden animals and there was a nice gift shop and cafe. Plus they had Darlicks outside haha.

Whilst in Windermere last year we also visited this pub. It's really warm and friendly. The food was great and you can bring dogs too. So yes if you have a dog and bring it on holiday this is the pub to visit.
