I used whatever extra virgin olive oil is in my pantry. It's hydrating for the skin. I smother my baby's skin in it while in the bath. Con: The oil residue left on the bath. Best way to clean is with dish wash.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Although this isn't technically "natural" I find it very hydrating for my baby's skin.
And it beats any and every eczema cream I've bought.
Redwin Sorbolene Moisturiser with Vitamin E 100g

Known as the king of oils! Castor oil is very hydrating. I also smother this one on bubs skin during bath time. This brand is safe for baby's skin.

And of course Breastmilk is another great product for bubs skin!
What's so great about breastmilk?

I recently started giving my 7month old kefir and his eczema has reduced. Having good bacteria the belly is so important to help get rid of bad bacteria which can be the cause of eczema for some.
