ASICS
This is my all time favorite shoe!! Even after trying new shoes every now and then, I’m always coming back to this one
NOVABLAST Running Shoes | ASICS US
Really great shoes and brand as a whole! They’re pretty cushy and provide a lot of support! The colorways offered are really cute too!
Adrenaline GTS Series | Support Running Shoes
I’ve used so many of Hoka’s models for running! I’ve used the Bondi, Clifton, and Arahi. I’m using the Clifton 9s right now!
I loooove this because I chafe so much in the summer when I get way too sweaty and wearing less fabric. I like this one more than the original body glide because it’s easier to glide on :) it also smells a bit like coconut!

Original Energy Gel
My holy grail for minor injuries!! Gives a big a support and I use it when I get shin splints (which is frequently haha!)
KT Tape
A lot of times I don’t wanna run with a whole water bladder or even run with a running vest so I’ll opt for a handheld water bottle instead! Easy to carry with the hand sleeve and easy to drink out of!

Flip belt is my FAVORITE belt yet! I like that it’s not chunky and just a simple band but it keeps everything in. There’s a nice key chain clip for keys since that’s a smaller item, but bigger items like phones and cards and even small water bottles ...
FlipBelt
THE ONLY sunglasses I run in because they’re so cute and have so many different designs and colors!! They’re relatively affordable as well and comes in great packaging!
