A yummy, savory breakfast with simple ingredients. 

-Hashbrowns. I use Lamb Westons brand (they come in a brick shape), in the airfryer on 390 for 13 minutes.
-1 or 2 eggs overeasy on top

Optional:
-Vegetables of choice. I used mini sweet peppers and onions.
-Hot sauce of choice. I used Franks Red Hot. 

You could also scramble the eggs or use grated hashbrowns. I just love the runny yolk mixed with the hashbrowns! Enjoy it with a cup of ultrafiltered milk like Fairlife or Aldi's brand for some extra protein.

My favorite protein bar and quick-fix for a sweet tooth (especially if my protein is low for the day). The macros are slightly different between flavors sometimes, but they're usually around 200 calories and 20g of protein.

I haven't found a flavor that I haven't liked yet, but my favorites are Caramel & Cashew and Chocolate Dough!

This was inspired by the Chik-fil-a salad with strawberries. So fresh and yummy!

-1 cup of spring mix, romaine lettuce, or a mix of both
-About 2.5 oz of cooked chicken breast cubes
-2.5 oz of strawberries (I cut mine in halves or quarters)
-1 tbsp parmesan cheese
-1 tbsp red wine vinegar
-½ tbsp or so of olive oil

About 178 calories (for spring mix version) and around 23g protein. You can add cucumbers, carrots, other vegetables or berries, or some crunchy nuts as well.

I love a good dip! This is protein-packed and sooo yummy. 

-About 3.5 oz of shredded chicken (I prep in the slow cooker prior, but you can use rotisserie chicken too)
-4 tbsp of plain non-fat Greek yogurt
-1 oz Monterey jack cheese
-2 tbsp light cream cheese (I use Philadelphia)
-Celery sticks, organic tortilla chips, or other dipper choice


Heat up chicken, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, and Monterey jack cheese until cheese is melted. Transfer to bowl or plate. 

Without dipper options, this comes out to about 360 calories and 52g of protein, and it's a HUGE portion.

14g of protein (Fairlife has 13g)
