My two favorites are the red curry (I'm a big eggplant fan) and their chicken lime soup.

A Taste of Bim | Caribbean Cuisine
This little mom and pop shop is tucked away in Henderson Center in Eureka. The food is delicious!
I love their garlicky prawn quesadillas and their mango salsa!

This restaurant is a Humboldt County staple. The menu is amazing, the drinks are delicious and the view of the ocean is lovely.

This trail is so beautiful and even in the summer it's rarely crowded.
The Lost Man Creek Trail - Redwood Hikes
This trail is unique in the fact that it's lined with skunk cabbage. This large leafy plant is native to the area. The trail is long, but worth the view of the ocean at the end.

I'm not much for going to see movies in the theater, but when I do, I go to the Minor.
You can get drinks and food brought to your seat, and the quaint history makes the experience that much more fun.
