What You Wish For
I listened to the audiobook and loved hearing the way Shari told her story. I felt some parallels in feelings I’ve had and that made this a tough read for me but I’m happy I pushed on. Abuse can be so shielded and secret.

An absolute must read. So powerful! It’s tough to read just because of the weight but Kristen Hannah has a true way with words and telling a story. I learned so much about the Vietnam war which was simply skipped over in school.

Floored: A Woman's Guide to Pelvic Floor Health
I recommend this book to ANYONE who deals with childhood trauma. I really think this book helped me with my anxiety and healing my younger self.
