I’ve lived in DC for a year and a half now, but the drink prices still shock me! I hate spending so much money on drinks, so I have become a BIG fan of happy hours! To qualify as a good happy hour, the restaurant needs to have 1. significantly cheaper drinks 2. deals on food 3. decent hours.
