Providing comfort and coziness to a small space is always my intent as I adore my small beach cottage home so being creative in a small space is Fun!I adore textures and layers and live plants too!

I’m a self taught Gardener who loves flowers, herbs, the Art of Bonsai and nature.

I love to cook and try new ingredients and recipes.I love to go out to eat usually in small locally owned restaurants and then come home to recreate what I ate…it’s so much fun especially with my hubby as he is always up for a culinary experience and will try anything I put in front of him which is Great!

When your feeling stuck and not sure what your weekend adventure will look like don’t forget about your local performing arts center…Ours is wonderful and their seasons are always full of great suggestions for a wonderful evening or day out supporting your community and the Arts! I like to leave it as a surprise at times so hubby is excited to see what we are watching! Regardless whether it’s a night show or a matinee there is always something for everyone!

I indulge and delight my soul with inspirational affirmations to start my day. This morning ritual has definitely changed the way my day flows and I encourage you to try a positive routine that gives you a new perspective daily changing your mindset to positive energy and possibilities!

I’m fortunate to speak two languages. I was raised with Spanish speaking parents at home and learned English in school. My parents spoke Spanish in the home daily and we practiced our English at school when we first entered grade school. This list is dedicated specifically to Learning Spanish with childlike enthusiasm for every age! I love different languages and I’m currently studying and practicing a third! The best way to learn is to start with simple task, books or an app. Ive suggested a few things to try to help you on your journey.

My journey with Atopic Dermatitis has been exhausting, painful and unpredictable. It’s taken me a few years to get it under control. By no means is this list a solution and cure but it has helped me keep it under control and manageable so I thought I’d share some of my go to treatments and my story along the way.Hope this helps even in a little way to know you are not alone in the unknown mystery of this diagnosis.You can help calm it down and in a healthy way.
