These to me have the perfect size for your starter. The large mouth makes it easy to stir when feeding and to discard. I bought mine at my local dollar store. I recommend having at least 2 so you can always use a clean jar on feedings.
Wide Mouth Glass Mason Jars, 24-Ounce
This is my Levin jar. Whenever I want to cook bread, I will feed my starter in this jar to have enough for 2 or 4 loafs.

Cotton kitchen towels are great for proofing. I like it better than the things that comes with the bannetons. I put it at the bottom of the proofing basket with a bit of flour and then I fold it over my loaf and put a plastic wrap on top.
Cotton Linen Kitchen Towels
I use these to cover my bowls during bulk fermentation and overnight proof in the fridge. They are really convenient and good quality so I reuse them a couple times before changing. This pack will last you a LONG time
Bowl Covers Plastic Wrap
I like my breads round because of the shape of my Dutch oven. Banneton are a bit expensive, but they come on sale occasionally so I put them in my cart and wait for the sale.
Round Banneton - set of 2
This is not essential, but it really makes life easier when it comes to taking your loaf out to put the next one in, since I use one Dutch oven to cook many breads on my baking days. I flip my proofed dough on it, score it and then place it in my hot...
Silicone Bread Sling Dutch Oven
Scoring bread is an art. I like this shape of scoring tool better, because it allows me to be more precise.

A great knife to slice your bread is important, and this one makes it easier to get even slices of sourdough.

I like to keep my loafs in my classic looking bread box. They make a lot of models now but this one feel rustic and I really like the look of it on my counter.
