🌿 My Everyday Wellness Staples
The basics I keep around for my everyday wellness routine.
One of those supplements that has become such a normal part of my routine that I barely think about it anymore. Cod liver oil contains omega-3s alongside vitamins A and D, so this is one of my classic wellness-cabinet staples.
Cod Liver Oil 1000mg — My Old-School Wellness Staple
My straightforward omega-3 option. Nothing exciting or aesthetic about taking fish oil, but sometimes the least glamorous things in the wellness cupboard are the ones that stick around.
Omega 3 Fish Oil 1000mg — Keeping It Simple
Probably one of the most recognisable vitamins in my cupboard. I like having a simple high-strength vitamin C supplement around, especially when I’m trying to be a little more intentional about my everyday routine.
Vitamin C 1000mg — The One Everyone Knows 🍊
Another one of my basic supplement staples. Zinc plays a role in normal immune function and the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails, so naturally it found its way into my wellness routine.
Zinc 25mg — Tiny Tablet, Permanent Resident
For the days when I appreciate one product doing several jobs instead of having five different bottles staring at me. It combines four well-known minerals and vitamins in one supplement, which makes it a convenient addition to my routine.
Calcium + Magnesium + Vitamin D + Zinc — The Multitasker
✨ Hair, Skin & Nails Era
Because apparently skincare doesn’t stop at skincare.
The supplement version of me taking my beauty routine very seriously. I use this as part of my overall hair, skin and nail routine alongside the products doing all the work on the outside.
Skin, Hair & Nails — Beauty From Within ✨
One of my more targeted beauty supplements. Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and skin, so this is the one I reach for when my wellness routine starts entering full hair-care mode.
Biotin Hair High Strength Complex — For My Hair-Care Era
Definitely one of the less obvious things in my supplement drawer. Pumpkin seed oil is one of those wellness ingredients I became curious about and eventually decided deserved a place in the routine.
Cold Pressed Pumpkin Seed Oil 1000mg — The Underrated One 🌱
🧘♀️ Calm, Recovery & Feeling Human
For when my body needs a little extra TLC.
Magnesium has become one of those wellness products I genuinely like having in my routine. This bisglycinate version is the one I reach for when I’m trying to support my muscles, recovery and general wind-down routine.
Magnesium Bisglycinate — My Evening Essential 🌙
This one belongs firmly in my trying-to-be-less-stressed wellness era. I added ashwagandha to my routine as one of those extras for periods when life feels particularly full and my brain has approximately 37 tabs open.
Ashwagandha KSM-66 600mg — For My “Protect My Peace” Era
Not technically part of the supplement squad, but absolutely deserves a place on this list. I keep Tiger Balm around for those post-workout moments when my muscles remind me that, yes, I did in fact exercise.
Tiger Balm Red — The Gym-Bag Classic ❤️
🥊 Gym Girl Essentials
The things that come out when it’s time to train.
My classic protein shake option. The Vanilla Ice Cream flavour is easy to work into shakes, and I use it when I want a simple way to add more protein around my training routine.
Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey — The Reliable Protein One
For the days when a thick, milky protein shake sounds like absolutely not. This feels much lighter and more like a fruity drink, which makes hitting my protein intake a little less boring.
Clear Whey Raspberry Lemonade — Protein, But Refreshing 🍋
One for the workouts where plain water suddenly feels like it isn’t enough. I mix this into my water around harder training sessions when I want something refreshing with added electrolytes.
Optimum Nutrition Electrolytes Forest Berries — My Sweaty Workout Essential
The straightforward option in my creatine rotation. Creatine is one of my gym staples, and this version is ideal when I just want the basics without turning it into a whole wellness ceremony.
Creatine Monohydrate 700mg — The No-Frills Creatine
Do I technically need my creatine to taste like sweets? No. Does it make taking it significantly more enjoyable? Absolutely. These blackcurrant gummies are my fun alternative when I’m not in the mood for another powder, shaker or capsule. Wellness, b...
