No visible abs around here! But I do train everyday, for my mental and physical health. I’m a UK 12 and usually wear a size medium in Gymshark. These are my favourite bits that make me feel good as a normal girly who works out but loves a sweet treat!

Earlier this year I made the decision to cut my caffeine content right down (I used to wash down my pre-workout with a can of monster). This was mainly for health reasons as I was very unwell in February and had a little bit of a wake up call!! As much as I love water, I am very much a beverage girly so these are the best alternatives I’ve found 🥰

I bought my Nespresso 3 months ago and have been beyond obsessed since! Every day starts with an iced coffee, so I feel qualified to share my faves 🥰 In this list I’ll share my go to double espresso shots, as well as coffee pods! (On the pop, you can turn any coffee pod into a double espresso by tapping twice, so I often order those too)

As a 5am gym girly, this is everything I’d recommend that make my morning routine the BEST part of my day 🌞
