Face lotions and creams that moisturize, hydrate the skin, are non greasy, and more importantly, don't break the bank.
For my combo oily skin, this moisturizer has been amazing and is a staple in my routine. It hydrates and is not greasy. I use this on the days I'm not schlepping outdoors or on the days I'm using some of my thicker spf creams.
Curology Gel Face Moisturizer with Hyaluronic Acid, 1.7 fl oz
I use this in the cooler months. It's slightly heavier than the gel moisturizers, but not so much that it clogs my already oily pores. Also, it smells good and leaves the skin feeling pampered and soft.

If you're past 30, a hyaluronic serum needs to be part of the routine. It is important to start adding moisture back to the face. This brand is gentle for any age (pre or post 20), and is non greasy!
Good Molecules 1% Hyaluronic Acid Serum
To help with hyperpigmentation, I use a vit c serum. This one is about 5% and co twins ferulic acid and vit e, which also help with dark spots.
