Easy Weeknight Take Out Dinners in Seattle
When what's in the fridge isn't doing it, here are my go-to spots for take out during the week.

This poke spot is in an unassuming Asian bodega in Wallingford. I get it weekly. My order is tuna, tofu, no crab, spicy, half lettuce half rice. Enjoy and thank me later!
Obsessed with their cowboy crunch role and the belltown barbie.
On a cold rainy day this is the best.
The vermicelli bowls from here are delicious. The crispy imperial rolls are also great - a healthy veggie-focused dinner option.

The sushi here is so so good but if you're doing a pick-up order make sure you have one person with you who can jump out and grab the order because this spot is in the heart of Downtown - chaos!

The panang tofu is soooo good.
Great Thai food in Ballard. We do take out from here very regularly.
Greek
Get the gyro plate! Two meals in one.
Popular on uber eats. It hits the spot when you're craving a gyro or hummus plate!
Italian
We'll grab a pizza and take it to Sunset Hill Park for sunset. The best!
We got this delivered the other day and it holds up really well!
If you live in Capitol Hill, this is an excellent spot for pizza on a weeknight when you've been working late … or honestly any night.

We usually go to the one in Fremont and then walk down by the water where there's a public dock.
They have delicious food it's just a bit pricey. I love their salads and their beef bowl
Dumplings
These dumplings are easy to grab and go. Love them! Located in Fremont.
If you can go in person than that's best but this delivers surprisingly well and their dumplings are pretty damn good.
Burger
IMO this is the best food truck in Seattle. This is my Friday night tradition when we don't want to do anything big. You can find them at Rooftop Brewing in QA
This always hits. So good!! Located in Phinney. Hit Ridgewood Tap Room while you wait for your food.
