Here's the routine I'd recommend as a certified trichologist! If you have an oily scalp, you're probably washing your hair about 3x per week. Your core routine at a minimum would include a clarifying shampoo (1x week) and a regular shampoo (all other washes), conditioner, and a leave-in with heat protection. (I also recommend anyone with an oily scalp to double shampoo when washing.) I'm also providing styling and mask/gloss options if you want some help beyond the core routine. I'm giving multiple options as our hair health and quality depends on a myriad of factors, and what works for one person does not work for another. I tell my clients to use what WORKS FOR YOU!
