Use 1x per week min. If you have a particularly sweaty or grimy day, that's when I'd try and use a clarifying shampoo as they typically have stronger cleansing agents to help clean the scalp.
















Use for all other washes in the week. This shampoo should be a bit more gentle than a clarifying shampoo but still provide a good cleansing. For oily scalps, I look for lightweight but not harsh shampoos.


















Conditioner should be applied after every wash, unless you are swapping in a mask/gloss. Apply from you mids to ends only, NOT to your scalp. Rinse thoroughly.




















Often times we may feel like we've cut the oil down, but now our ends are on the dry side. You can add in a mask or gloss to help fix that.
