We got into pour overs and grinding fresh beans when I worked at a local coffee shop that roasted their own beans. We use 25g of beans per 400g of water for the perfect cup! If you’re just starting out, there’s lots of great recipes online for different pour over methods! Always use beans that have been roasted within the last 2-4 weeks for the best flavor extraction! Go against the grain and only buy quality items when you NEED them, and try to buy it used when appropriate! Stand against fast fashion and trendy ever-changing hype. Find contentment in what you have. Research quality products that will last a lifetime. Buy less, waste less. 🫶🌎
