What did I learn from her?  She taught me to say to myself ‘let them.’ When I get worked up about the crazy stuff that other people do and say, she taught me that the only person in the world I can control is myself.  Getting anxious about what other people do doesn't serve me.             Setting personal boundaries, improving communication in important relationships.
