Last year, I traveled by plane for the first time, and it was GLORIOUS! I was so scared that I wasn't going to be able to bring anything despite the year worth of research I did, but it all went smooth. Here's what I got in case you were wondering what's allowed or not.

I literally got so sick of being doubled over in pain, I tested every possible solution and routine to make the cramps stop. I can now say it's been 6 months, no pain, and even the flow has gotten lighter by day 2. If you try any of these, let me know how it works in the comments.
