This is what he typically eats nearly every Sunday. We have now tweaked it to make the pasta at least a healthier version. Cooking and drained the pasta. Heat the chili up separate in the microwave for as hot as you want it at that time you can mix in the hot sauce or you can use taco sauce then layer that onto the pasta then add the cheese on top and there you have your chili Mac you can always tweak it or add anything that you want. It is typical for people to add onions on top of it as well. We just don’t do that here.

I made this all the time at work food days. It was always requested and ALWAYS finished. You can combine any or all of these things together with the sour cream and marshmallows. Drain fruit juice. Fold them into the sour cream. You can adjust the size. Keep cold.

Add all this together and cook on low about 4-5 hours. Chicken is precooked so you do not need to worry. I add cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips to the top. My husband likes to add one of those white rice precooked packets to it after he heats the rice and adds soup to bowl. You can play around and add anything you like, amp up spicy level, etc. Try adding avocado on top or tomatoes, etc
