So I guess I’m gonna get a little personal here. In December of 2023 I started on a semi whirlwind journey to lose a massive amount of weight. And actually had started well before then, but this was the time it was precipitated and everything since then his added to, my massive weight loss so far. I’ll start by saying I was massively and severely overweight had found out that I had lymphedema was categorized diabetic by my doctor. It was very hard to walk hard to live my legs and something really needed to be done. I had found out that I had a herniated bowel And that stuck out so far and my stomach that I ended up stopping driving, which in turn is being kind of a good thing because if it was hard for me to get around, it would’ve been hard for me to drive and get myself around by myself so my weight loss journey started when the surgeon told me he couldn’t operate yet And explain why. He got me with a weight loss Doctor Who started me on Mounjaro. I was lucky because my husband’s health insurance was able to cover that, but it is possible that other GLP’s could’ve worked, but probably not to the extent that they have because I was told that one was the best on the market. So I’m going to outline things that I’ve come across since then regarding my health journey I will share with you things that I bought that I discovered, and I will even share things that I have in advertently given up just because I don’t have a desire for them anymore so stay tuned and thanks for joining me on this journey. Here is a soup that I make in the crockpot. A pretty large crockpot so I make a pretty large amount and we actually probably eat on that for over a week or so all my items come from Walmart so I’m going to list them specifically. So the directions are pretty simple since everything is already pre-cooked, including the chicken you can just really put it in there for as long as you want. I usually put my crockpot on low and cook for maybe 4 to 5 hours. it gives the chance the chicken to you know Really soak in in the juice in the liquids so everything that I have included on this list are all things that you can put in it or on top of it. I usually add the sour cream cheese and the tortilla strips on the top of mine. My husband has the ricein the bowl and then puts the soup on top of it and then I’ve added extra things on the list that you could either add inside of the soup on the soup if you want so please give me a thumbs up or a thumbs down to let me know if you try this and let me know how it goes. It’s just something I threw it together at one point.

The pups have a new place here. That menagerie has really exploded. They were in the holding are too. Then that turned into a zoo. Now this is once again a temporary hold.
