To keep my lists easier to see and manage, I am slimming them down to a master list of daily picks. I will share 25 picks and these will keep rotating on a daily round. The best way to save something is to bookmark it. Once it leaves this list, it will go into my general archive list. It won't be gone, just not seen. Chances are it will come around again, but tag it now. I have thousands of things to share so hang on for the ride! I thank you for your interest and I hope that you find a new favorite thing or two.

In this one, I’m gonna kind of take you through my every day meds and my other grocery things that I use on a regular basis on a daily basis in most cases. Part 1 here. https://benable.com/Amykate38/my-health-journey-so-far-for-almost-2-years-summed-up-on-this-list-c0

So I guess I’m gonna get a little personal here. In December of 2024 I started on a semi whirlwind journey to lose a massive amount of weight. As of today, I’ve lost a little over 200 pounds. In December, I started the GLP one shot Mounjaro. Not really having to do too much else besides just take the shot. I have successfully lost all this weight This whole journey was started when I visited a hernia surgeon for a herniated bowel that I have and he told me I was way too heavy for them to do any surgery and gave me a goal weight I’m rewriting this summary today because as of right now, I am about 4 pounds to the goal weight I also have been on a lymphedema pump for lymphedema, which is a a serious fluid buildup in the lower extremities and I’ve been on a pump for that. Also, I have been on a sleep machine and you’ll see some of these things in this list, including the Walker when I was at my highest weight that I got for me to help with my walking and to be able to sit down, these are just some of the basics that I have been using over the last two years I thank you for being here and following my journey. Part 2 with the foods and vitamins. benable.com/Amykate38/this-is-my-health-journey-list-part-two-the-other-one-got-fairly-large-so-i-m-doing-this-one-separate-3e
