I just tried this flavor for the first time this morning.  Tastes just like chocolate milk.  Great protein supplement.  High in protein, potassium, sodium, lactose free and gluten free.  I will be buying more.  I have not not liked any others I have bought.  Recommend by my retired nurse mother and now by my weight loss dr.  I was not getting enough protein on my weight loss journey.  Now I will.

I have been using this for pressure sores and for irritated skin.  It's a great barrier for moisture to keep out.  So when skin is irritated and red, heated, chaffed, etc.  Use a thin layer.  On pressure sores it also helps heal.
